Buying a House
Within a week, I've submitted two offers. Getting jerked around a bit as it is a seller's market. Hard to say what's going to end up happening. If nothing else, I've learned quite a bit with respect to the negotiations and strategy.

I can't even imagine what you are going through right now. I am so proud and happy for you though. you did it, and you did it successfully! And like always, it had to do with knowing someone. :) As I look for my first apartment, and have to deal with trying to find a roommate and money issues, buying a house would not even be an option right now. I can't wait to see the bamboo floors!! So proud! :) -luv me
